Danielle Françoise Fournier is an Advanced-level Sommelier and Master Sommelier candidate with the Court of Master Sommeliers and a professor of wine at UCLA Extension.
In 2010 she opened a successful wine bar and restaurant in Los Angeles, Vintage Enoteca. In 2014 the business expanded and opened a small retail wine store, Vintage Wine + Market.
In addition to being co-owner of both businesses Danielle was the Wine Director, curating a program of high quality boutique wines from small, family-owned producers that featured unique varietals and little-known appellations. Danielle's innovative wine program was included in OpenTable's "2014 Best Wine List Restaurants in America" and was recognized in various press outlets such as The New York Times, Forbes Travel Guide, and Los Angeles Magazine.
Danielle began her career in NYC working in account management at consumer advertising, marketing, and public relation firms for blue chip clients such as Revlon, Aflac, and Pfizer.
In 2015 Danielle sold her interest in Vintage Enoteca and founded DFF Wine. Her background in business, in-depth knowledge of wine, and extensive experience working with both classic producers and new experimental boutique wine-makers worldwide give Danielle a unique and sought-after perspective on the purchasing, pairing, and tasting of wine.
